Discover how scientists use nature to create your world! This camp is designed for students entering grades 6-8 with an interest in exploring the relationship among arts, science, and engineering. The camp will include:
Topics:
- Drawing and Design
- Problem-solving skills
- Structures in nature and engineering
- Discover the link between the art in nature and modern technology
- Learn how engineers use nature as template for fabricating modern technology
Hands-on Activities:
- Art and science projects
- Daily sketching
- Experimentation materials and media
- Design and build structures
