Mission Possible: The Science Behind Spying Camp

Become a MRSEC Special Agent! This camp is designed for students entering grades 5-6 with an interest in problem-solving, team-building, and exploring some of the science and technology behind spying. The camp will include:

- Codes and code cracking
- Infrared equipment
- Nanotechnology
- Circuits
- Lasers
- Much more!
Hands-on Activities:
- Decipher and create microdot messages
- Use scientific instruments to gather clues
- Nanoscience analysis laboratory
- Finger printing and dusting
- Laser maze
- Spy missions
Special Features:
- Fieldtrip to the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C.
Fieldtrip Costs: Spy Museum admission: $18.00; Metro fee: $5.75
